"I am writing to tell you about the wonderful experience I had working with Kevin Reder. We closed in May, and I have been meaning to write you ever since, but the end of my pregnancy and the birth of my son delayed me a little bit!
My husband and I were referred to Kevin through RELO by our Realtor in Orlando at the beginning of March last year. He immediately impressed us with his knowledge of the Tampa area, his professionalism, and his great personality. We really enjoyed going to see homes with him! My husband, Ron, was especially impressed- after 2 really bad realtor experiences in the previous month, he was ready to just find a home on our own, but after meeting Kevin he knew we were in good hands.
Kevin did not have an easy task. We were coming from a home in Orlando that we built, loved, and hated to leave. We also bought before the real estate boom, so had been spoiled with a home that was perfect to us AND a very low mortgage. We didn't think we would ever find something we loved on our budget! Kevin was so patient with us, though. During the 2 months it took (looking EVERY weekend!) for us to find our house, our criteria also changed dramatically and Kevin took it in stride and worked so hard to find us the right house. A few weeks into looking, we learned that we were expecting. Because of that we were now working with one income instead of two, a 4-bedroom instead of 3, and a safer, more consistent neighborhood instead of the cool old fixeruppers in up-and-coming areas that we originally wanted. So even with changing criteria and a dropping price range, Kevin was persistent, patient, and certain we would find the right house. We never felt pressured, even though Kevin had shown us well over 100 homes! We were not the easiest clients, but he was always great to us! Even though we were on a tight budget AND our Orlando realtor was getting a huge chunk of the commission, Kevin treated us as though we were buying a million dollar home. He was amazing!
We finally closed on the perfect house for us on May 30, and Kevin was there for us ever step of the way! He was so patient and supportive while I spent a couple of weeks trying to convince my husband it was the right move! He now agrees and we're both very happy here. Kevin has stayed in touch and made us feel like the only clients in the world. He's not only a dynamite realtor, but such a nice guy. We can't say enough about him! We'll probably be selling our house in a few years, and will definitely call Kevin.
I just wanted to take a moment to share that my home buying experience was outstanding because I was fortunate enough to have Kevin Reder as my Realtor.
I spoke with three different companies, went on appointments with two ? it was obvious immediately that Kevin was the best.

He was incredibly organized and efficient ? he properly targeted homes that fit my interests and needs.
He was very knowledgeable about so many areas. He knew a lot about construction, the price of homes in the market, the demographics of the marketplace. He answered all of my questions ans was proactive about providing additional knowledge. He made me feel safe and comfortable since I am brand new to the area and do not know anyone in Tampa. He assisted with various questions that were not his responsibility since I lived in Philadelphia.
He updated me constantly throughout the process.
