Rick Scherer, ALHS, CLHMS

With over 10 years of experience in real estate, Rick Scherer specializes in waterfront properties, Tampa luxury homes, vacation homes, second homes, new construction, and residential lots in South Tampa and St. Petersburg, Florida. Kevin’s father, Randall Reder has been a prominent Real Estate Attorney in Tampa for over 20 years and has more than seven years of Supreme Court experience and is an invaluable resource to Rick, Kevin and their clients.
